I'm a little in denial that it's December, already. Past updates would include some sort of year end wrap-up or a bit of holiday/wintery art; my take on a holiday card. A 2024 Top 10 Whatever post would also be cool, a chance for listing epic wins to light up some dark times. Maybe I can get to that before December's end. Turns out I've been invited to be a part of the 2025 BIPOC PoP: A Comics, Gaming, Animation & Multimedia Arts Expo & Symposium, taking place at UT Austin, March 6–8, 2025.

BIPOC PoP is an exciting space where creators, scholars, educators, librarians, and industry innovators come together to explore, learn, and build meaningful alliances. This unique event celebrates the creativity and scholarship of BIPOC communities while fostering critical conversations and collaborations. I've submitted a couple of potential workshops I'd like to present and may find myself on one panel or another - I'll keep you posted as the event approaches.
