Patrick Lugo’s comic art was first published by Double Edge Comics. His first Children’s Picture Book LITTLE MONK & THE MANTIS won a number of awards and has been included in the library of the Shaolin Temple, Henan China. In 2021 his comic CONTRABAND was published by the Ohio State University Press in the anthology SPECULATIVE FICTION FOR DREAMERS. It was called a knock-out in a Publisher's Weekly starred review.
