Check out the Kickstarter Campaign for this game, it’s a collection of four separate Borg adventures! Mörk Borg is an apocalyptic fantasy role-playing game published by Fria Ligan. It’s inspired by heavy metal music and its popularity has resulted in a variety of expansions, supplements and adventures created by the fan community. I have a personal affection for role playing games, but have no time to engage in such activities myself. Those I game with are board-gamers who grew quickly bored each time we tried D&D and/pathfinder. A few other rule sets were acquired but no games where scheduled
Still, I have an appreciation for role-playing games and have been enjoying the recent boom in the variety of types and styles of games available. There’s always the thought of some sort of a Tiger’s Tale themed game module. But at the moment it exists as a set of vague rules for a custom deck of cards.

The Kickstarter for this game is being run by a backer of both my A Tiger’s Tale campaigns and has not only been one of my comics mentors, he also resides with-in the Martial Arts Community I sometimes refer to as the Wulin. Mauricio Cordero is currently an Instructional Designer/Lecturer at MIT Cambridge and a visiting assistant professor at Northwestern University in Chicago. He produced the BORDERx anthology and has created zines, comics and cartoons. He published his first Zine in the late 80’s in a town just south of hell on I-95 with contributions from members of GWAR, other cool bands and Charles Bukowski’s final submission. He then got lost in the heady aroma of the contemporary art world, running the education department at the ICA Boston, collaborating with the Boston Center For The Arts, and eventually owning a gallery in Tours, France, before returning to the US and to his first loves- comics, RPG’s and zines. He is also an expert cat wrangler, DM, and a Tacomancer with a +3 spatula.
