Patrick Lugo’s comic art was first published by Double Edge Comics. His first Children’s Picture Book LITTLE MONK & THE MANTIS won a number of awards and has been included in the library of the Shaolin Temple, Henan China. In 2021 his comic CONTRABAND was published by the Ohio State University Press in the anthology SPECULATIVE FICTION FOR DREAMERS. It was called a knock-out in a Publisher's Weekly starred review. After decades as art director of Kung Fu Tai Chi magazine & KungFuMagazine.com he now self-publishes the graphic novel series A TIGER's TALE. He's also illustrated the middle-grade kindle chapter book LUCY VELOZ: HIGH-FLYING PRINCESS (coming to Crowdfundr).
